After that call, and me putting him in his place I got an appraiser, Hector, (totally nice guy) assigned and he tried to say they were modern and I did that.

 I didn't hear back. I called and wasted about three hours going in circles with the world. I said "hello" and asked how his day was to at least see if he'd introduce himself and he was simply rude as hell saying that the adjuster will call when they call and that they were waiting for the police report.
